Based on your age and sex, the NHS recommends getting screened on a semi-annual basis for 3 cancers: cervical, breast, and bowel. This is because regular screening helps catch signs of cancer early – and improve the likelihood of successful treatment.


To help you keep track, use your sober as an annual reminder to ask your doctor if it’s time for a screening:
